1.        Marvis Tourist Organization is obligated to several Slovenian and EU laws. We are assuring you, that all programs and all our activities guide are made and put in place with care, trust and quality.

2.        Reservations are executed via telephone, e-mail or personally. Reservation is confirmed, after pre-invoice is paid (50% - 100% prepayment (your decision) via bank money transfer). You will get copy of the original invoice to your mail.

3.        After reservation is confirmed, MARVIS will put program in place at arranged date.

2.        When program starts, full payment is executed (cash only). You will get original invoice on the spot.

3.         We will try to settle all disagreements.
